David Miliband on YouTube
Even Cabinet Ministers want to play on this medium now!
David Miliband, South Shields MP and Environment Secretary has had his department set up an account for him on the ever popular YouTube website where users can upload there own videos. Miliband so far has uploaded two, here is his first, I do apologise for posting something so excrutiatingly painful – an animated head plonked on top of a wooden body, oh dear!
Apparently he tells us that if a million U.K. households changed three lightbulbs from ordinary filaments to energy saving types, it would equate to 100,000 cars being taken off the roads. I’ve changed thirteen of my lightbulbs in my household to energy savers, will that qualify me for a dispensation from the planned road charging policy?
Hmm – no, I thought not. (Bring back Al Gore)
