More police nonsense!
Photographing thugs “illegal and assault” – PCSO
It’s high time that some of these idiots were withdrawn from the streets and made to spend a few hours in a police station – to be taught a few basic facts about the law!
PCSO’s are becoming an absolute nuisance as they play “proper dressed up police”, their lack of knowledge and experience is likely to alienate them even further from the law abiding public, but if this government insists on setting target after target, then real policemen and women will spend more and more time in stations endlessly filling out sheets of paper. We don’t need that, we need them on the streets, so they can advise the PCSO’s that taking photographs in public places (in most cases) is perfectly legal.

Everyone gets it wrong from time to time. Unfortunatly Their is a bit of a witch hunt out for PCSOs, as soon as they slip up, and they are human, the press jump all over it. An randon bloggers jump on the band-wagon. I’d like to know the PCSOs side of the story. Im guessing there was a little more to it than: “if you take a picture it’s an assault”…thats a bit far-fetched.
