Sunderland play West Ham Utd. tomorrow and this reminded me of the dangers posed from long throw specialists, such as the ex Black Cat Rory DeLap who is now at Stoke City (and caused us some damage not so long ago).
Here’s hoping we defend against the long throw in as well as the blue team above.
