Sorry about the poor quality picture of Cleadon Village and East Boldon Conservative Cllr. David Potts with another Slavic beauty on his knee, it was taken on a phone camera at a party this weekend. But was it in a hotel room or on board a luxury yacht, and how come the South Tyneside councillor seems to know so many Russian oligarchs?
