Alan Duncan sacked

with one comment

Cameron acts

David Cameron has moved Alan Duncan from Shadow Leader of the House down to a junior position shadowing the prisons minister. I guess he’ll have to start getting used to a different type of “rations” now.

Iain Dale wonders whether a larger Shadow Cabinet reshuffle is on the way.

  1. Its a timely move. Not to early to upset the MPs who agreed with Mr Duncan, but not too late to let Labour make hay in the Autumn and at a time most people are concentrating on Labour releasing mass killers in exchange for oil and favours.

Napoleon used to like lucky generals, but I think David Cameron makes his own luck.
