Is your local council as responsive as South Tyneside?

Using a scale of 1 – 10, where 1 means you are entirely satisfied and 10 means you are extremely dissatisfied, please answer the following questions.

  • How satisfied are you with your local council’s website?
  • How satisfied are you with your council’s website and the ease of navigation?
  • How satisfied are you with ability to transact online business with your council?
  • How satisfied are you with your council’s ability to respond effectively with your online enquiries?
  • How satisfied are you with the speed in which your council responds to online enquiries?
