Curly's Corner Shop, the blog! 
Curly is “spoiling for a fight” with his modem at the present time and consequently off-line. Expecting engineer out sometime Tuesday morning so should be back in business by lunch time.

I had trouble recently with my Broadband internet service and called out the engineer from Virgin. Sods law prevailed and at the time that he came it was working ok.
It went ‘off’ again soon after and this time the engineer replaced a couple of joints in the cable (we have cable telly)and it has worked fine since.
Lesson to be learnt is that if your Virgin cable internet keeps malfunctioning do not allow the engineer to fob you off. Get him to check all possibility’s.
