Police have used “reverse engineering” to discover the identity of a man suffering from dangerous delusional visionary tendencies. He is so convinced of the need for change that he has been spotted stealing the clothes of his adversaries and doggedly refuses to accept that public opinion guides his courage, strength and decision making capabilities.

He was last seen scurrying away from the Palace of Westminster yesterday afternoon.
