Labour Leader’s letter to the Gazette Editor

Interesting words from Cllr. Iain Malcolm in yesterday’s Shields Gazette in another spat with the South Tyneside Independent Alliance.

“I have no desire to skirt around this important issue Mr Allsop”

Skirt around the issue? Whatever did he mean by that?

  1. I believe Mr Allsopp has a keen interest in women’s skirts. Not wearing them I hasten to add!!
    I’ll say no more.

    • He’s interested in women NOT wearing skirts? This gets more intriguing Dee – trousered or just without the skirt, there is a massive difference you know. I guess with the ambitions that he and the Independent Alliance are showing right now, you might say that in his case the thigh’s the limit?

  2. OOH dear. I was trying to be polite and avoid any suggestion that Mr Allsopp might like wearing skirts. I am sure things will be looking up come the election.

  3. Hi Curly, don’t you fancy being a candidate yourself?
